Charles E. (Ted) Witham, PE, MBA, Director of International Business Development at GarrettCom, Inc., has 20 years experience in industrial measurement and control, with 15 years of specialization in power industry generation, transmission and distribution.  In addition to GarrettCom, Witham has held technical and sales positions with companies including General Electric Company, Honeywell Industrial Automation and Control.  He was licensed as a Professional Engineer in Control Systems in1995 and is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, BICSI, ISA and IEEE.
